Kate Yeadaker

Kate Yeadaker, a seasoned Holistic Nurse Practitioner with over two decades in nursing, holds the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) designation for the past nine years. Her diverse experience spans trauma, obstetrics, surgery, pediatrics, integrative/regenerative medicine, hyperbaric medicine, and psychedelic medicine.

A 2014 Georgetown University graduate, Kate has expertise in pre-operative medicine, holistic mental health, psychedelic medicine, functional medicine, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Her extensive post-master's studies cover nutrition, biochemistry, genomics, and integrative medicine.

Passionate about uncovering root causes of illness, Kate approaches each patient from a holistic lens. Certified in energy healing for twenty years, she is a Qi-Gong practitioner, Reiki Master, and certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy. She incorporates mindfulness techniques, sound healing and therapeutic touch in each session.

For the past five years, Kate has focused on ketamine therapy, advocating for psychedelics as a bridge between eastern and western philosophies. She has witnessed the transformational healing power of using ketamine as a tool for growth and exploration. She is dedicated to raising awareness and dispelling stigmas around psychedelic use, helping individuals access their true "medicine within."

Ketamine Therapy

Ketamine can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, PMDD, OCD, and chronic pain. Ketamine has been used since the 1970’s and has been shown to be safe and well tolerated when administered by qualified professionals.

Research has shown that Ketamine can produce a rapid anti-depressant effect. Ketamine can also produce an “out of body/dissociation” type of experience, allowing many people to process painful experiences from a bird’s eye view, and enabling them to emerge with new insights and broader perspectives. Ketamine provides several neurobiological effects, such as NMDA receptor antagonism and a glutamate surge. Ketamine has also been shown to decrease inflammation in the brain and promote neuroplasticity.

By leveraging this neuroplasticity, the client has an even better advantage to adopt healthy patterns and lifestyle changes.
