Patient Portal

The HMS Patient Portal allows current and prospective patients full access to scheduling, billing, and pre-visit patient forms. Additionally, it will allow patients and their doctor to communicate and share information pertaining to their care.  Using this tool is valuable to streamlining visits to our hyperbaric medical facility, allowing for better care to every individual.


Accepted Insurance

HMS is a member of the following insurance plans / networks:

  • United Healthcare
  • Oxford Insurance Company
  • Empire Government Plan (The Empire Plan)
  • Emblem (including GHI, Vytra, HIP)
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Tricare
  • No Fault
  • Workers Compensation

*Please note HMS will bill out of network to all other health plans

*Please also note that generally all consultations and evaluations are covered by insurance.  Hyperbaric dives for FDA approved conditions are also usually covered by insurance.

*HMS will work with each patient to devise a treatment plan that addresses their medical and financial needs.  It is HMS’s policy to the best of its ability to accommodate all patients who seek Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.  Accordingly, HMS offers payment plans and other financial options for patients in the event they are not covered by insurance.
