HMS would like to congratulate its patient and Cure MS Foundation of New York founder, Filomena Lombardi, on being named Village Times Herald's Woman of the Year in Business. Filomena's foundation has contributed generously to the Stony Brook Foundation to support multiple sclerosis research.
Filomena has also been instrumental in assisting certain individuals with financial hardships to access HMS's services. She is also working with Dr. Patricia Coyle and HMS's medical director, Dr. Henry Prince, to establish a study of the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of MS. Once again, congratulations Filomena!
