Henry Prince, MD, FACOG – Medical Director
Dr. Henry Prince is HMS’s Medical Director. Dr. Prince has been practicing medicine on Long Island for over 30 years. He attended medical school at the State University of New York at Downstate. He completed his residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York. Dr. Prince is accredited to practice HBO Therapy and has become increasingly interested in alternative methods of care throughout his years of practice, including the use of HBO Therapy to treat many hard-to-manage disease processes. Dr. Prince is also board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, which he has practiced continuously throughout his 30-year career.

Janice Reilly, RN, ACHRN, CWS, FACCWS – Nurse Manager
Janice Reilly is the Nurse Manager at HMS. With over 35 years of experience in nursing, she has held diverse positions in the field, including the areas of traditional medical and surgical nursing, hospice nursing, and managerial nursing. Janice became involved with HBO Therapy and wound care 11 years ago at New Island Hospital. Since that time, Janice has focused her career on HBO Therapy. She is a member of the American Academy of Wound Management, the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care, a Fellow of the American College of Wound Specialists, and a member of the Undersea Hyperbaric Medicine Society for which she has achieved the title of Advanced Certified Hyperbaric Registered Nurse.

Jacqueline Gil, RPA-c – Supervising Physician Assistant
Jacqueline Gil (“Jackie”) is the supervising Physician Assistant at HMS. Jackie graduated from Touro College in Bayshore, New York in 2007. Jackie is certified to practice hyperbaric medicine. Jackie has also worked as a physician assistant in both internal and emergency medicine. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is trained and certified in both Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Scott Schiralli, CHT, EMT – Head Hyperbaric Technician
Scott Schiralli is the lead Hyperbaric Technician at HMS. Scott graduated from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida in 2008 with a degree in sports management, specializing in the SCUBA diving industry. This program is where Scott received his introduction to Hyperbaric Medicine. Scott has worked in emergency medicine and HBO Therapy for over three years. He is certified as a New York State Emergency Medical Technician and as a Nationally Certified Hyperbaric Technician.
