HMS is excited to announce its expansion to Woodbury in early 2012.  On Thursday, December 22, HMS solidified a deal to lease space for a 4-6 chamber operation at 80 Crossways Park in Woodbury.  Just like the Medford facility, we’re thrilled to bring our innovative approach to healing to Nassau County!

The TBI Treatment Act, which would have covered veterans and active servicemembers for hyperbaric oxygen therapy for traumatic brain injury and PTSD, was unfortunately not included in the defense budget.  Although it was not passed, the Senate left the matter open and asked for a report back in 180 days to reconsider.  Let’s hope Congress doesn’t turn its back on the brave men and women who have given so much for the country.
